What Are The Best Cheap Broadband Deals For People On Benefits?

Home Essentials From BT
BT Home Essentials offers low-cost broadband and phone service. Since it uses a standard telephone line, most homes will be able to get it.
The service provides fibre optic broadband with an average speed of 36Mbps or 67Mbps. It costs just £15 per month for the 36Mb package with 700 minutes of calling, while it costs £20 per month for the 67Mb package (which includes unlimited calls).
Alternatively, you can get a phone line with unlimited calling for £10 a month.
As a replacement for the old BT Basic package, BT Home Essentials was launched in June 2021. While it’s more expensive than BT Basic, it’s much cheaper than the regular BT deals.

The Hyperoptic Fair Fibre service is one of the best value deals available to people on benefits, starting at £15 for 50Mb or £25 for 150Mb.
There is, however, a very limited availability of Hyperoptic services. Hyperoptic uses a different network than most other providers, and it is currently only available to a small number of homes.
